Practice Profile
Andrew is a civil and commercial practitioner. Andrew's practice encompasses all aspects of civil and commercial litigation accepting instructions from both claimants and defendants, individuals and corporate clients, with an emphasis on advisory work and pleadings.
Andrew also accepts instructions under the direct access scheme and is also training for accreditation as a civil and commercial mediator.
Following the completion of his Masters degree in Medical Law, Andrew has in addition to his established civil practice, undertaken work involving children and mental health.
Andrew also sits as a recorder in the County Court.

Family Law
Andrew has a wide range of experience in Children Act and Family Law Act work. He has a particular interest in injunctions and mental health.
Andrew is also a member of the FLBA.

Which considers the development of the law of restitution in contract from Butterworth v Kingsway Motors [1954] 2 All ER 694, [1954] 1 WLR 1286, to the more recent case of Giedo Van Der Garde BV and another v Force India Formula One Team Ltd [2010] EWHC 2373 (QB), [2010] All ER (D) 122 (Sep).
