Malcolm Clarke is a specialist in crime appearing for the Prosecution and Defence. Experienced in all areas of crime, including drugs, sexual offences, frauds and violence.
Experienced in Prosecuting and Defending specialist areas, such as Coroners court, Health and Safety, Fisheries and Local Authority.
Malcolm has a specialist interest and experience in Court Martial’s having represented clients from all branches of the Armed Forced in a wide range of offences.

R v M and others: Successfully prosecuted a multi handed sex case involving a well known Kent grammar school
R v G: Defended one of the first trials using an intermediary in a sex case involving children with severe disabilities
R v C: Defending in a trial where the defendant was accused of male rape.

R v S: Representing the Crown in the Court of Appeal regarding the validity of ‘ASBO’ terms
