Practice Profile
With a practice solely in crime (mainly defence) Nicholas has wide general experience in all offences and particular expertise at courts martial, European Human Rights legislation and confiscation matters. As an ex-naval officer, Nicholas has considerable understanding of the military system and implications for servicemen charged with offences.
