William undertakes work in the fields of personal injury, road traffic accidents, Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals, professional negligence and advises on child settlements.
William has a particular interest in professional negligence matters. He recently successfully acted for a firm of architects suing for fees against a commercial developer after plans were prepared for a substantial development in West Devon. He can also count a firm of Solicitors amongst his clients in this area.
In addition, he has conducted many small claims and fast track trials for and against insured parties, including work on a Conditional Fee basis. He provides written advice on liability and quantum. He believes in early and regular contact to ensure the lay client understands the process each step of the way should this be required.
